Tasting notes: The nose is controlled with dark fruits and cherry cola. It’s soft and approachable initially but you can start to pull away layers of dark fruits, rich Demerara syrup, and herbal smoked chocolate.
The palate is coating and custardy. tons of cola and plenty of cooling herbal notes to boot. For as much as you can find dark concentrated berries you can also find burnt crispy marshmallows.
The finish puts a bow on the whole experiences. Rich dark berry compote, deep sugary oak, and a revisit to the herbal smoked chocolate.
Beautiful and refined.
